Aether Guardian is a young adult fantasy novel set in a scourge-torn world where elite female warriors, known as Sisters, wield Aether through Soul Stones to defend humanity against the monstrous Beasts.
The story follows Cecilia, a newly assigned Guard that has a power the ruling High Church quietly fears. Branded as a heretic behind closed doors, Cecilia must survive the hostility of her squad, the weight of impossible expectations, and the creeping suspicion that the High Church has darker plans for her.
At the heart of the novel is a rich blend of action, emotional tension, and slow-burn team dynamics. It explores themes of social rejection, institutional control, reluctant loyalty, and the cost of power. It's a character-driven fantasy with a unique combat system, strong female leads, and a protagonist who must prove her worth in a world determined to cast her out.
